We sent out emails, but these were not spam. We sent out payment reminders. Now our mailing is blocked and our forward is blocked too, so we did not get the replies.
1. Why did you block the forwarding?
2. Why did you not send a reminder email to the forwarded address? (If everything is forwarded you can assume, we check the emails there. So if you block, we will not know - you really could send one last email to the forwarding address, that it is blocked.)
3. What should I do to use your service again, or is it finished? Should I choose an other provider? Why do you not send me an email how to resolve a problem, like this?
