We are using woocommerce and would like to create ticket in zoho desk once new order is received in woocommerce.
We tried out two types of integration solutions to achieve the above workaround.
1)
Zapier
Problem: The problem is with "contactId" field, if we do select existing ZohoDesk customers from dropdown then ticket is
created successfully but it won't work if we are taking billing email as custom field from woocommerce webhook by selecting option "
Use a Custom Value (advanced)"
Error:
We had trouble sending your test through.
The data is invalid due to validation restrictions-/contactId
Expectation:
Want to create ticket by taking order "billing email" as contactid for ticket purpose.
because of above error we tried second option

Not Working for custom field but custom field work for other ticket fields except contactid
2) Integromat : As it wont support zoho desk module by default, so we added HTTP module from list of modules it supports and created OAuth 2.0 and completed API setup successfully as per Zoho Desk API documentations.
Error : No Error is displayed in Integromat when we run the flow to create ticket.
Problem: Ticket is not created in Zoho Desk, after all settings are correct.

kindly mail us personally and arrange team viewer setup, if above information is not sufficient to understand issue.
Other questions:
Most required options:
a) Is their any option to restrict end user from editing ticket once ticket is marked as closed by admin ?
b) Disable create ticket for End user under HelpDesk ?
