WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE EMAILS FROM OUR ZOHO EMAIL ACCOUNTS FOR OUR COMPANY

We are SS Immigration Services, 

We subscribed to the email services provided/hosted by Zoho Corporation. 

From last few days we are unable to send and receive emails from/to our email accounts and there is an error message appears that "HOST NOT REACHABLE". 

If someone could provide us guidance regarding this issue!
