We changed our ZOHO CRM password and our leads stopped coming. Why does this happen?

Hello. 

I changed our ZOHO CRM password. After an hour I realized  and our leads stopped coming. I couldn't believe that our leads stopped coming after I changed our password. So to confirm I contacted my tech team and they contacted Zoho Support.

Our outsourced tech team contacted Zoho support team and explained the issue. Our teach team said, for 3 days Zoho support was not sure why leads stopped coming but they later said something changed in the API calls (if I am saying it right) after the password was changed.

- Is it right that something changes in API after changing the password? If yes, what is it? Is there any documentation for it?
- Has it happened with anyone else?
- If it is true that after changing the password the leads can stop coming, shouldn't ZOHO team do something about it? I mean we should be able to change password without any fuss.

Our leads are sent from website to ZOHO using API. 

Please help me.
