we had stopped receiving emails from some addresses

Hello, 
I have been trying to find a solution for this problem for a while now. 

3 of our accounts receiving email from phobs.net domain. One of them still receives them but other two stopped getting these emails. What could be the problem? 

I had checked spam folder, blacklist IP (and added IP to the whitelist) , asked helpdesk for the problem and no solution. 

Any other ideas or opinions about this?
