We have created a section in the leads module called XYZ this section has several fields; four (4) Pick List Fields and four (5) Multi-Line fields.

We want Each Pick Option within the field to have a weighted value that we can later sum.

For example Our Pick Field “BUDGET” has three (4) list options:

1. Exact budget

2. Budget exists but is not expressed.

3. Lead does not want to confirm or deny the existence of Budget.

4. There is no Budget

We want each list option to have the following value:

1. 5 points

2. 4 points

3. 3 points

4. 2 points

Finally, we want the Field “BUDGET” to show the value that represents the option that has been picked.
