web folder

dear team,

Hi, I'm a user of Zoho 3020 for Linux. I have some difficulties in creating Web Folders.Here are the problems:

1. if I'm browsing using Firefox 107 under mandriva, there is no link for create a web folder. So how I can create a web folder from linux client?

2. if I'm using windows XP, there is a link for creating web folder. When I follow the instruction, it seems to be an invalid path for the web folder path. FYI, I just do copy and paste the link mentioned by Zoho.

Can you help me to resolve these problems?
