I have setup a web form that sends out a intro email to leads.
This works fine, however the intro emails are being placed in customer's spam boxes so unless they check they don't get them.
There are a couple of issues that might trip up the spam filters:-
1. My email on here is julian@over... that is automatically picked up on the setup for the autoresponder, but I have set the responder to reply to sales@over... This disparity may cause issues - annoyingly I have setup the sales@over... address under the CRM setup, but it doesn't give me an option to use it in the autoresponder setup which is a pain.
2. The emails will be going out via a Zoho SMTP server which isn't necessarily an authorised source for my domains.
Now, if I setup Zoho Mail so that it collects from and sends through my mail server, will the autoresponder emails also go through my mail server?
