Web Form embedded in an Email template

Hi Zoho CRM experts

1. I have created a Web To Lead Form
2. I copied the Form HTML and pasted it into an Email Temaplate
3. Sent email to Customer X by using Email Template
4. Customer X received Email and completes the Form and presses SAVE
5. Result - the Lead database/table is not updated and I am not sure why? Any ideas please.

If I test the same FORM by placing it into an HTML editor and complete the FORM and SAVE it - it updates the Lead Database in ZOHO.

In the Web Contact form I put a * in the Domain Name
