Web form preventing the delivery due to a policy

I have a webform that sends email to a group alias that has gmail and zoho accounts. Only the gmail ones get the email, none of the zoho email addresses get anything. 

Here's the feedback from my hosting provider:

As per checking, your mail server is preventing the delivery due to a policy so we suggest contacting your mail provider for further assistance on resolving the issue.
