Web form questions?

I am a mortgage company and we have our realtor partners and what I am trying to do is the following;

I have created landing pages for each one of our realtor partners so when they submit a new client via their unique webform that new client is automatically sourced to that realtor in my current CRM and it is put into my current CRM as a new Up Desk lead.

Can i create webforms in zoho that are sourced to specific realtors?
