How do I get my Zoho web form to return to my website’s thank you page?

My form is here www.hardmarque.com after clicking the GET MY TRIAL button.

When users click submit they get taken to this site http://www.fedbneicamp.net.au/ which has nothing to do with me.

I want them to go here  http://www.hardmarque.com/index.php?q=download-evolve-2014.html
