I want zoho to create a lead and send an email to the lead with links to my catalogs.

 

I created the web form to lead, setup an email template containg the leads, and attached it to the form in the generator area.

 

I copied the script, uploaded it to my website.

 

however when I test it out, I enter the requested email address and first name and hit save. when I check zoho crm leads, there are no new leads the name and email address are not listed. I check my email, and no email was sent.

 

What could I be doing wrong?
