Hi, I am trying to convince a customer to get ZohoCRM and Campaigns and we are now in the trial period and I am having a problem with web forms. I created one against potential clients and is not working.

It works well and it does reply with the confirmation page but it does not register in their crm.
Any ideas? thanks
