web hosting IP address was blocked by zoho mail.

I was setup phpmailer on my site, and "smtp connect failed()" always happen when I pointing to zoho mail.

If I try on localhost (same script), everything is fine, email sent perfectly.

So I called Technical Suppot of my Web Hosting Provider, and he said that they can't ping to zoho smtp., so he assumed that me/they IP address was blocked by zoho.

My question is.. Is that can be happen? If yes, how to unblock my server IP address?
