I am using Zoho CRM first time for one of my client. I have created web lead form and embeded code to my site. After that will try to get lead in zoho crm system but not getting.Even I am not getting any error as well. 

I have tried with * also in form URL place but still the result is same.

Could anyone please let me on this? It's urgent because my client is going to buy a licensed version of zoho crm in couple of days.
