We are having continual problems with our web to contact form. It will work fine for months and then suddenly stop working for no reason at all. Our computer person will go in, have to regenerate the code through Zoho, and usually this has fixed the form in the past. But it never stays permanently fixed. I have had dozens of clients go to this form to fill it out - spend 1 to 2 hours on it, and submit it, and the info never gets into my Zoho CRM.
So the only way I find out there is a problem is AFTER my clients have lost all of their info and I have to comp them some of my services as an apology. This is a huge waste of their time and costing me time and money. And I can never be completely assured the form is actually working.
I have contacted Zoho in the past regarding this same problem, and never got any resolution from Zoho. Now, my form went down yet again, and this time when the new code was generated and the form rebuilt around it, and was tested, it is still not working. So something more is going on.
As there are no submissions going into Zoho, there is nothing to approve. The form is active on the Zoho site. And the domain name info is correct.
NOTHING changes on our end each time the form quits working. So something is going on in regard to your end that causes it to cease functioning, and I need this fixed ASAP so it works now, and it will continue to work in the future.
