Web-to-contact form notifications are in late or lost.

Hi there,

I activated the feature Web-to-contact to my website, but the contact owner doesn't get the notifications instantly. He gets them all together at a certain time.

What is the reason why this happens? Is there a way to get the notifications instantly?

Then sometimes some contacts have been lost and the customers called us to complain that they sent a request, but they have not been answered.

How may I be sure that the contact owner receives all the contacts from the Website?
