I edited Cases and named it Interactions which I later publish on my website. I also created rules and email alerts for the web form.

Any time the form is filled on my web page, It does not appear on my interaction but applicants gets the auto response e-mail.

 

Is there any reason why the information entered on the web page is not appearing on my CRM?
