Web-to-Lead Different Forms

When using web-to-lead, is it possible to setup different lead intake forms for different purposes - as long as one uses the form generator? So, for instance, one form might use six of the available fields, and another form might use 8 of the fields. I understand all the fields (including custom) must be setup and then one uses the online tool to create the form.
