Web to Lead Email notice

We are new to ZohoCRM and during our implementation we are experimenting with the Web to Lead form.

Originally, we had the the "approve leads" flag set to active and we would get an email message alerting us when a new lead posted.

We tried a couple of other settings with assignments and deactivated the approval leads flag.

We have since reset the "approve leads" flag to active, but have noticed the email alerts are no longer issued.

Is this a "bug" or did this feature disappear during the SSO transition.
