I have been testing out the web to lead , and web to contact forms.

The web to contact form seems to work fine, however, the web to lead form is not sending the data into the CRM?

The manual approval is turned off. 

I deleted the form, and made a new one, no issues. 

It is also not sending me an email notification.

Also, when manual approval is turned on, where does one go to approve?
