I need to know if there is a way on the Web to lead form to remove # of employees, Revenue and a few other things.

I do not see a place to remove those options.

** I want to remove No of Employees, Annual revenue, Lead Owner (if I can)

Then I would like to rearrange the layout. So it is in order: First Name, Last Name, Street, City, State, Zip

Description, Phone, Mobile, email
