Web to Lead form field not showing up

Web to Lead form field not showing up

Hi,

I'm using a web-to-lead form on my site to capture leads in Zoho CRM.
For the most part it works well; however, there have been a few times where it does not capture a field that has had data entered. Is this a known bug? If so, any resolve to it yet?
