Web to Lead form for Wordpress Website - any ideas how to make this work

I have several sites and clients I'm trying to convert to Zoho CRM - BIG hold up is that the web forms are not functioning when using them on our wordpress websites. I've tried in the widget area as well as a page and post still no luck. They look fine, accept the data when filled out but nothing ends up on our CRM and there is no record of the lead, and the lead doesn't get the thank you email.

What's the work around? How can we get this to function?
