As you can see I do check the box to notify the lead owner, but the email is not going out. It used to work on all our forms but no longer work on any of them. I have tried regenerating the code in zohocrm and pasting it, but it doesn't fix the problem. The rest of the form works fine including emailing the person who filled out the form. But, it no longer notifies the lead owner. Help!
