In a previous support ticket (#2017790) I had received a fix for the salutation field in web to lead.
"Sorry about that. Its our bug. We will definitely fix this in our next update. In the meanwhile, as a workaround, kindly replace the field name "Salutation" (ie., you have to replace the <input type="text" name="Salutation".. to <input type="text" name="saltName"..)in your web form to "saltName" and then try creating the lead. It will work. Kindly try it and let us know."
This worked for a while and now seems to no longer work. I have used both "saltNAME" and even gone back to "Salutation", as provided by the web form creator tool, but neither work.
Could something in a recent release have changed this?
