Web to Lead Spam

Hello

i am using Zoho captcha (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/web-forms/set-up-web-forms.html#Inserting_Captcha) for web to lead form. But it does not stop Spamming at all.

What else alternative we can use to stop spam, we are tired with Spam.
