Web To Leads - Using Multiple Email Templates

I have two web sites (a company site and a product-specific site) that both have web to lead forms on them. I'm trying to get each form to send an email using a different template, i.e., The company site will send a "Partner" response email template and the product site will send a "Thanks for buying" email.

I've tried using the workflow setting without success. Any help here would be much appreciated.
