I am having a number of problems with the web-to-ticket functionality.
Initially I successfully created a form and got that on my website. When I entered details they didn't turn up in the Support Approval list. Thinking that I might have set up the form incorrectly I deleted it and went to recreate it. When I say the form it takes me to a blank page and if I go back the form has not been created.
Any ideas?
