Webfolder and other issues!

Since updating to SP3 the Webfolder feature is inop! The message given is "Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server. " This started after I updated. The second problem is when in the documents area I am not able to move or copy files from one folder to another. When the pop up window opens there are no folders in the box, I can do nothing but click cancel since the webfolder feature is scrogged I am hosed in moving files into the proper folders.
CAN ANYONE HELP!!!
