Firstly, I am having problems with the actual webform. When I complete the webform on my site and fill all sections a short while later the lead is added successfully. However, when I view the new lead I cannot see the phone numbers or title that i entered on the webform, i can only see the names and email plus other automated data like the URL...etc. How can this be fixed?
Secondly, I have set a rule so when a new lead is added and assigned on a round robin basis, the receiver of the new lead will be assigned a task for the same day telling them they have a new lead and it needs following up. I did not select a user to assign the task to as if it is left blank it is simply assigned to whoever the lead belongs to. Unfortunately, the task is being set to just one user just like the leads are. I assume by resolving the round robin issue first of all this should be corrected. Please help.
