  1. Utilize an existing GoogleDoc form to create a web-form
  2. that automatically populates fields within lead,contact, account and/or Deal records in Zoho 
  3. that then generates a draft email  template utilizing pre-specified crm data. (that triggers a task to quality-check and/or automatically send)
