We have an ID upload field on our website's registration form, using Gravity Forms Zoho CRM add on and mapping a file upload field on our website form, to the Zoho CRM webform file upload field.

This used to work fine, but for some reason we've now started seeing issues with registrations failing. The error message says "The value of ID_upload cannot be sent to Zoho CRM. Reason: The characters of the field value exceed 5."

This never used to be an issue, and despite making no changes to our website form or Zoho CRM webform which is mapped to it, it's now starting to be an issue.

How can I resolve this please?
