WebForm for Wordpress not working.

I have created a simple webform to embed on my Wordpress site. I have taken the code and put into wordpress. The page looks ok and I am able to enter the info. But after that I have many functional problems:

1) After entering data in fields and pressing Submit it does something but returns to the same page. I have put in the new landing page for submit in CRM but it does not do it?`

2) The information captured does not show up in CRM... so not sure if the integration works?
