Hi all
When tracking web conversions, we typically see lots of valuable data within Google Analytics and Google Adwords called Source/Medium. This tells us which 3rd party sites etc our users came from.
Lately our download pages have started using an embedded Zoho WebForm and we're losing this data.
I believe this is because when a user completes a web form, they are temporarily redirected to Zoho CRM before being passed onto our "thank you for downloading" page.
Does anyone know how to retain referral data when dealing with embedded zoho web forms.
