These attributes make webforms an effective communication channel in today's digital age.
Create it in a jiffy
Adding a form to your website using Zoho FSM's webforms is child's play. You do not need to have coding prowess or design acumen. You can
create a form simply by dragging and dropping the desired fields. The source code for the form will be generated, which you can embed on your website, and voila! Your customers have an easy way of communicating with you.
Make it Presentable and Professional
Various
customization options are available to jazz up the webform. You can apply formatting to achieve the desired look and feel of the webform. You can also modify the source code of the webform to apply your own styles. You can add field validations, apply security features like CAPTCHA, and require users to agree to the terms and conditions, thus ensuring that only valid data is submitted by the user.
Link Submissions to Zoho FSM Customers
The request that is submitted from the form can be created for an existing customer or a new customer. Using the phone number or email address, you can determine the existing customer to whom the submitted data should be linked. Alternatively, you can opt to create a new customer for every submission from the webform. Refer to
this help for details.
Create One, Use in Multiple Places
You can
embed the same webform in multiple places. You will be able to see the count of submissions received from each form. If necessary, you can also temporarily suspend the submissions from certain forms to Zoho FSM by marking them as inactive.
