Webhooks are not firing on Job Opening Create or Edit event

Webhooks are not firing on Job Opening Create or Edit event

Im trying to set up webhook workflow for Jon Openings and my config is: 

1) Execute this workflow during a Record Action. Create or Edit
2) This rule will be executed for all records.
3) Instant Actions. Webhooks. Job Openings Created/Updated.
And when I try to edit any job opening - webhook isn't firing. I also tried Custom Function action instead, with the same result - it isn't executed. How I can debug this problem?
Did the same config for Zoho CRM - Webhook called via Created/Edited workflow, and it works there just fine...
