Webinar / Meeting Registration Page

We would like to create a registration page on our website for our ongoing weekly webinars we conduct.  The widget seems to only have 1 field (username/email address).  We would like to capture more information from the registrations such as Company Name, First Name, Last Name, email and phone.  

Is that possible through one of the Zoho apps? or would we need to create something on our own?
