There is a default "Last Name" field in the editable Registration Form fields.  The issue is that the Default Required Field "Name" is not editable and the order of the fields doesn't seem editable :-o   How do you ask for First Name, Last Name instead of full name?    It also doesn't seem there's any reasonable way to use that Last Name field.
