I set up my Outlook to send/receive email hosted by you. All works just fine. HOWEVER, though I understand emails composed and sent directly from the zoho webmail ap showing up in the zoho webmail SENT folder, I was shocked to see that emails composed and sent from my Outlook email also showing up in the zoho webmail folder.

 

The reason this concerns me is that our webmaster has access to this account as well and we need to keep it as such for technical glitches etc. and though I expected he could see emails received, emails sent by me are at times contain sensitive information and meant only for the recipient. Is there a way that just the Sent folder in Zoho mail can be disabled or passworded without degrading the integrity of your email system.
