Website log looks fuzzy

My website logo imported using the site builder looks fuzzy or alternately jagged (depending on the file type), even though the logo is sized from photoshop to be the correct dimensions.

I've tried uploading both as a jpg and png file.

I've tried changing the template, and resizing the logo from Photoshop as required by each template.

Any advice?
