Since i'm a Zoho crm user, i'm very satisfied with all useful functions of this app.

 

Unfortunately i'm having a little issue with de webtolead form.

• I choosed the lead assignment rule
• I choosed request for approval

Everything is working well on our websites.

But i also activated "notify owner record" but none of us is receiving email when a new lead is added with the webtolead form.
