I've hit this same bug numerous times, this is just the first time I'm reporting it.

When doing a performance review and using a number scale for competency assessments, the input field won't take numbers entered on the 10-key pad, only numbers from the QWERTY part of the keyboard. The decimal point works, but that's it.

This isn't an issue with my number lock.

I've experienced this with every performance review I've done. It's a very odd limitation.
