This week's tip will focus on Audio calls in Zoho SalesIQ and how they can help you make your WFH scenario twice as productive.
Zoho SalesIQ is a customer engagement software that lets you initiate live chat sessions with your website visitors which is a quick, efficient and inexpensive way to provide instantaneous support to a customer or prospect. However, when conversations start getting interesting and deep, being limited to just typing can be frustrating.
Being able to talk to someone one on one can be invaluable when it comes to sales or answering customer queries.
A no-dial calling option - All you have to do is click on the Audio call button at the top right corner of your window to switch seamlessly from chat to voice conversations with a website visitor. There is no dialling or remembering of numbers involved. This works both ways and makes communication effortless for both operators and customers.
Personalised, quicker resolutions - Customer queries can be resolved over live chat. However, when the visitor has recurring doubts that are more complicated, audio calls can be a blessing. Sometimes, explaining concerns over live chat can be taxing and tedious for visitors and operators. This is when connect with operators then and there over voice calls.
Zero installation costs - In order to avail the Audio call option in SalesIQ, you do not have to install any exclusive hardware or spend any cost on installation.
