Fetch Real-Time Feeds for Card Transactions (US Edition)
Allow employees to connect their corporate cards with Zoho Expense to fetch real-time feeds directly from your Visa card network. Once connected, feeds will be fetched into Zoho Expense as soon as transactions are made. Next, the fetched feeds will be matched with the existing expenses or they will be created as new expenses automatically. Currently, this feature is available for early access for US edition users using Visa cards issued in the US region. If you want to enable it for your organization, write to

Zoho Expense - myBiz Integration (India edition)
Integrate with myBiz and empower your employees to book their flights and hotels for their official trips. Once integrated, based on your company’s policies, your employees can choose their preferred flights and hotels from a range of options and submit them for approval in Zoho Expense. After approval, they can complete the booking through myBiz. Also, expenses will be automatically created in Zoho Expense for the booking made using myBiz.

Zoho Expense - AirPlus Integration
Connect your AirPlus card for direct feed integration with Zoho Expense. Once connected, feeds will be automatically fetched and matched with your transactions. Also, you can reconcile, approve, and reimburse employees for expenses made using the AirPlus card more securely and seamlessly like never before. Write to us at
support@zohoexpense.com, and we'll enable direct feeds for your AirPlus card.
New Notification Preferences for Purchase Request
Now, you can choose to send email and in-app notifications to your employees when purchase requests are on-hold, marked as processed, reverted the processed status, added comments, or canceled. It helps your employees stay informed about the procurement process and make better decisions in your organization.
To enable this preference: Go to Admin View > Modules > Purchase Requests. Enable the options and click Save.
Android App Updates
While recording a mileage expense using GPS, you can now view the location details tracked by GPS along with the route map. Also, the route map will be displayed on the expense details page. This feature is currently available in the Premium or Custom plan of Zoho Expense.
We have enhanced the accuracy of GPS tracking.
iOS App Updates
