I am working at an international NGO, in which we deal with a lot of contacts, meetings, reports and etc. I have been trying ZOHO since yesterday, whether or not it fits our needs. 

What we need is firstly to construct an archive of our contacts and secondly, to be able to present reports based on various of criterias. For instance, how many people have attended a certain meeting, or how many contacts are active or inactive, or how many contacts are mobilized within our NGO. 

I am using ZOHO CRM to understand the system and to try. Do you think it is suitable for us? Or when we pay for ZOHO does it have such a function? Or would you recommend me another system as such that is for NGOs?
