We are considering using Showtime and are looking to learn from others on this community.

What are the biggest issues/challenges/show-stoppers that you have come across when using Showtime that we should be aware of?

e.g. I see one big one for us - Zoho Showtime sends a link when an attendee registers for the event, and this join link can be used by attendees to join a specific course that they have paid for. However if they accidentally delete that email then there is no way to regenerate that email/link and help them.
