What are the correct field mappings from Outlook to Zoho CRM

What are the correct field mappings from Outlook to Zoho CRM

I recently began using the Outlook sync tool to get around the 1,000 recored per import restriction.

While this works nicely, I am having trouble mapping fields from Outlook into the correct Zoho fields.

1) Can we change the field mapping from Outlook to Zoho? How?
2) Will Zoho correctly identify custom field created in Outlook?
3) Will Outlook identify custom fields created in Zoho.
