What are the usernames?

Hi there:

I have set up a new account for a new business we have.

I then added two extra email accounts under that username. However, they cannot log in to Zoho because the system says they do not have a username. They cannot log in with the email addresses I have created on Zoho Mail. How can I create usernames for them?
